Turn2us is a charitable organisation with some great tools available on their website including a benefits calculator and a grant search facility.
These tools are extremely valuable on your search to sort your finances. Give it a try.
Citizen's Advice Bureau
Citizen's Advice Bureau can help with a lot of issues but predominantly they deal with helping people apply for Universal Credit, Benefits checks, Personal Independence Payments (PIP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for children.
They can also help people that are in debt and struggling to pay their bills.
StepChange
Step Change are a charity that is designed to help anybody with any amount of debt.
They offer the best and most up to date advice and look at each case individually.
There are many different ways to settle your debt from IVA's to DMP's. Step Change will point you in the right direction and hold your hand whilst doing it.
