Access to Help and Support

We know that growing up can be a tough time and we are here to support you with any challenges you might be facing. We regularly help young people with those challenges, for example emotional wellbeing and anxiety, relationships, independent living, or finding training and employment.

One to one sessions

These sessions offer some safe personal space to spend time with a youth worker to chat and talk through problems, perhaps decide what to do next and set some goals. By working together, it is possible to find a way through problems as the sessions are very relaxed and focused on what you want to get out of them. Most importantly we are here to listen.
