Addiction
Addiction spans many different areas. People can become addicted to things such as gambling, sex, social media and many more things but the main two categories are drugs and alcohol. The thing that they all have in common is the behaviours that the addictions trigger in us.
It is said that there is a link between addiction and trauma. As in, the majority of addicts would recognise having experienced some form of severe trauma at some point in their lives.

Cranstoun
Cranstoun Wokingham is a community drug and alcohol service that works to support people wanting to change their alcohol and/or drug use in any way.
You can refer yourself to the service and referrals can also be made by your GP, housing provider, probation and other professionals. This particular service is for people over the age of 18, however we also run a service for young people (under 18).
